1. Parties and Description of Service

AstroBilge is a software platform that provides birth chart calculations, astrological analysis, and informational services to users. "User" refers to any natural person receiving services through the Site or App.

Service Infrastructure and Disclaimer

1. Service Basis and Results: In all analyses, chart calculations, and interpretations provided, AstroBilge relies on world-renowned open-source astrology databases (Ephemeris, etc.) and specific mathematical calculation methods from established astrological schools. All outputs presented to the user are generated by the software processing of this technical data. In this context, AstroBilge cannot be held responsible in any way for systemic errors in the open-source databases used, data-driven inaccuracies, or differences in traditional school calculations.

2. Accuracy and Exclusions: AstroBilge strictly does not provide the following: Financial predictions (investment advice, stock market, cryptocurrency, etc.), Medical support and health information (diagnosis, treatment, pregnancy, etc.), or Legal guidance, and makes no commitments regarding these matters. Contents produced by the platform do not constitute definitive predictions and do not provide precise dates for the future. The User acknowledges that the information provided is symbolic and based on interpretation, and that this information may change as the database evolves daily; therefore, the User accepts full and sole responsibility.

3. Terms of Use

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information (date, time, and place of birth, etc.) while using our services is crucial for the health of the analyses.
• Activities that threaten the security of the platform, involve reverse engineering, or place an excessive load on the servers are prohibited. Criminal legal proceedings will be initiated against users found to be damaging the system.
• For transactions made through the mobile application, the up-to-dateness of your device's operating system and internet connection are your responsibility.
• All AstroBilge software uploaded to your system is free of viruses, spam, and malware, and has passed the necessary security checks.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The AstroBilge brand, logos, software codes (Laravel/PHP/Rust, etc.), design elements, and exclusive analysis texts provided belong to AstroBilge. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Pricing and Cancellation Terms

If you purchase a paid service (Premium analysis, etc.) through the App or Site, the digital content is considered delivered the moment the payment transaction is confirmed.

6. Service Modification and Termination

AstroBilge reserves the right to update or change platform features, or to temporarily/permanently suspend the service without prior notice.

7. Dispute Resolution

Local Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise from this agreement.
