Refund Policy
General Principle
Astro Bilge is a platform providing digital content and services. Since the services provided are digital in nature and made available for use immediately after purchase, the rights under Chapter 1, Article 4 and Chapter 3, Article 9 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts of Law No. 6502 apply.
Right to Refund
- Unused Packages: A refund request can be made for packages that have not been used at all (no tokens consumed / no charts viewed) within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- For partially used packages, the unused portion will be refunded by us within 2-3 business days.
- Subscriptions: For cancellation requests made in the middle of an active subscription period, the remaining balance is refunded after calculating applicable discounts until the termination of the service.
Right to Technical Support
Every user who has received service has the right to technical support until the service is concluded. For support, you can write to destek@astrobilge.com.
Refund Process
You can submit your refund request by following the steps below:
- Send an e-mail to iade@astrobilge.com with the subject "Refund Request".
- Include your account e-mail address and order details in your e-mail.
- Your request will be evaluated within a maximum of 3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be reflected in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Consumed AI interpretation tokens
- Downloaded PDF reports
- Requests exceeding the 7-day period (where applicable)
- Purchases belonging to accounts closed due to violation of service terms
