2. Digital Services & Chart Credits
- Unused Credit Packages: If you purchase a chart calculation package and have not consumed any tokens or generated any reports, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Generated Reports: Due to the instant delivery of computational astrology data, reports that have already been generated and viewed cannot be refunded.
3. Recurring Subscriptions
You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time from your account profile settings. When cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@astrowise.io with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your registered account email and order/transaction ID.
- Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
