In line with the core astrological services we provide through our platform, we primarily process the following data:

• Identity Data: Your name, surname, gender.
• Contact Data: Your e-mail address, phone number.
• Astrological Birth Data: Your date of birth (day/month/year), birth time, and place of birth (city/district/country) - This data forms the basis for us to perform your birth chart and horoscope analyses.
• Digital Trace Information: Your IP address, platform usage movements, log records.

3. Purpose of Processing Your Personal Data

Your personal data obtained is processed for the following purposes:

• Calculation of your personal birth chart, rising, and moon signs (Natal Chart),
• Provision of our astrological compatibility (Synastry) and AI-powered astrology assistant services,
• Execution of your membership processes and ensuring the security of your account,
• Carrying out customer service and support activities,
• Conducting legal processes and meeting the requests of authorized official authorities.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared as algorithmic data (without being personalized) within the scope of the system to communicate instantly with the hosting companies where our servers are located, with the BRSA (BDDK) licensed payment infrastructure for the execution of payments, and when deemed necessary, with the "Swiss Ephemeris / NASA JPL" APIs that generate your birth chart. It may also be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations if requested within the framework of legal obligations.

5. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected automatically through our website via membership forms, contact forms, and AI assistant chat windows. Your personal data is collected based on legal grounds: "Being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract," "Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation," and "Legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject."

6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

As personal data owners, your rights under Article 11 of the Law are as follows:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
• To request the deletion/destruction of data within the framework of the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK,
• To object to a result against you arising from analysis performed exclusively through automated systems.
